Directions: For the nursing mom: 1 tsp of tea per cup with 100°C water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups daily. For bottle-fed baby: 1-2 droppers full or 1/2 teaspoon can be added to baby’s formula. Up to three times a day.
